Remote Exams

Subject to any new Rector's provisions, it is possible to take exams remotely, with the authorization of the Head of the Study Programme, only in the following cases:

  1. In the cases provided for by Rector's Decrees of 26 July 2021 and 23 August 2021;

  1. In the case of students who hold a medical certificate issued by a general practitioner or by a specialist registered with the Italian national health service (SSN) and certifying health concerns that result in higher risks from infection with SARS-CoV-2.

Requests must be sent by email to the Head of the Study Programme (presid.giurisprudenza@unimi.it), copying in the course instructor, no later than 10 days before the start of the exam session, and attaching the self-certification required by Rector's Decree as well as any other medical evidence.

Late applications, or applications without the required documentation, will not be taken into consideration, unless late submission is due to positive or quarantine cases occurring after the deadline.

Cumulative requests are not allowed. Therefore, you will have to submit an application for each exam you intend to take remotely.
